2025 PG North Indoor Showcase
Jayshaun Grabinski is a 2028 LHP/OF with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Howard, WI who attends Bay Port. An athletic frame and compact build. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher who worked from the third base side of the rubber with an offset setup with the front foot toward first. He had a leg lift slightly above the belt with coil to it. There was some deception to the delivery as well. Threw from a mid-three-quarters arm slot with a whippy arm action. Had a full-arm action on display. Worked 71-76 mph on the fastball with some quickness out of hand, played up, and sped hitters up at times. He showed a good low-60s curveball in the mix as well with a heavy 12-6 shape and depth to it, landing it in the zone at times. He took BP as a right-handed hitter with open feet, a spread base, deep hands, and an aggressive leg lift working into it. He had a feel to throw the barrel head and impact, working back up the middle. He showed a hands-driven stroke during BP with some strength to impact it. His best results worked the pull-side gap. Produced an 80 mph exit velocity during PG DK Testing. Worked out as an outfielder as well, with an extended hand to field the ball, working into a medium arm action, showing uphill throws out of the hand. He had a crow-hop working through the motion and some feel to get the glove down and work cleanly through it. Threw 72 mph during his round.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
