Curt (CJ) Dybus Jr is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 129 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Central Regional. Lean and slender young build. 7.27 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, works through the ball well and keeps his momentum into his throws, compact arm action with a lower release, makes accurate soft throws, has some flow to his actions that will continue to develop as he adds quickness and strength. Right handed hitter, starts from an upright and slightly open base, low leg raise trigger that keeps him on time, creates some separation in his swing and was consistent working the ball from gap to gap. Took a turn on the mound, has a fast paced delivery with a medium length stride out front and a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the mid-70's with consistent run and sink, threw strikes with his fastball. Did not show a secondary pitch.
