Collin Fisher is a 2028 C/RHP/3B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Mooresville, NC who attends Lake Norman. A 5-foot-10 infielder, Fisher showcased clean mechanics while making the plays before using a developing arm to fire across the diamond. He showed an ability to charge well and with continued development can turn into an advanced infielder. He posted a 72 mph infield velocity. Behind the dish, Fisher popped out of a one-knee down stance, firing one-hop throws down to second. With the bat, Fisher swings it from both sides, utilizing a toe tap trigger and a good handset from the right side. From the left-handed box, he uses a hanging leg lift before firing the ball through the zone without extension. Produced a 77 mph exit velocity.
