Cooper Ohlsen is a 2024 LHP/1B with a large, durable 6-0 205 lb. frame and a strong lower half from Eureka, CA who attends Eureka High School. Started the event off clocking a 8.08 60-yard dash. A primary pitcher that features a 3-pitch mix (FB, CB, CH) out of a 3/4 arm slot. Shows fundamentally sound mechanics with a repeatable delivery. Works fast attacking hitters using all four quadrants with a heavy diet of fastballs. A strike thrower that hides the ball well with the ability to keep the ball down in the zone producing weak contact and numerous ground ball outs. Defensively he works through the baseball with proper foot and glove techniques. Delivered crisp on-line feeds to second base and was able to field a bunt cleanly.
