Cody Dent is a 2009 SS/3B with a 5'11'', 160 lb. frame from Boynton Beach, FL who attends Park Vista HS. Medium frame, developing strength. Very smooth/polished player in all areas. Under control/balanced defensively, strong/accurate throws, shows range, pure SS actions. LHH, has bat speed, uses hands, tall balanced stance, squares up to all fields, will develop some pop when strength comes. Big League bloodlines/Big League potential. He was named to the top prospect team at this event.
