Cole Obrien is a 2025 RHP/3B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Kronenwetter, WI who attends D C Everest. Extra-large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, projectable frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher, clean and athletic movements on the mound, works downhill well with a longer arm action through the backside, accelerates well into release with long levers while generating nice extension out front. Fastball topped out at 89 mph, uses length well to generate downhill plane and commanded the zone well. Filled up the zone, curveball flashes 11-5 shape with some depth to it and consistent shape when on top of the pitch; mixed a changeup at 78 mph, turned it over and able to generate lower spin rates, fading life to it. Filled zone, shows feel for three pitches and projects nicely physically. Excellent student. Named to the Midwest Indoor Top Prospect List.
