Hunter Drake is a 2026 3B with a 5-11 170 lb. athletic frame from Paso Robles, CA who attends Mission College Preparatory Catholic HS. Started off the event clocking a 6.97 60-yard dash. A primary third baseman. Showed quality lateral mobility for the size, ranging well in both directions. The arm action needs a bit of cleaning up but the throws across showed quality carry at times touching 85 mph. At the dish, he sets up slightly open with wide spread base. He employs toe tap load and showed feel to hit the ball where its pitched. The bat speed and barrel control are blossoming. Impressive approach at the plate. Was named to the Top Prospect list. Good student.
