Jordan Shipers is a 2010 LHP with a 5'11'', 165 lb. frame from Bethany, MO who attends South Harrison HS. Medium middle infielder's build, slender and wiry. Slow paced delivery, long extended arm action and 3/4's release. Fast arm, FB topped at 91 mph, didn't command FB well this outing. Short break on SL, gets into RHH's hands well. Change best pitch, very good hand speed, will occasionally drop release slot on change. Most effective when mixing pitches early in the count. Signed with Missouri State.
