Alex Hagner is a 2013 LHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Mount Dora, FL who attends Eustis HS. Slender young build, room to get stronger. Slow paced delivery, short arm circle, 3/4's arm slot, arm works well, repeats delivery. Mid to upper 80's fastball, mostly straight, topped at 89 mph. Good curveball spin with 1/7 depth, consistent release slot, some feel for change up. Can mix better than he did this outing. Adding strength key to his development. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida.
