Addison Reed is a 2014 RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Brookwood HS. Tall slender build, minimal present strength. Back turn delivery, low 3/4's arm slot, slow pace, candidate for even lower arm slot in the future, loose actions and good balance. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, fastball runs well arm side and sinks middle away to right handed hitter's, slider best breaking ball, has bite and sharpness, curveball has larger sweeping break, did not see a change up and that will be an important pitch for him to develop. Has command of all pitches and moves the ball around with intent. Should get lots of outs at the next level.
