Myles Moran is a 2015 C/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Davie, FL who attends American Heritage. Large frame, athletic build. Hits from a slightly open stance with a low hand set, quiet approach, short to the baseball with solid bat speed, uses the middle of the field well, simple approach. Short arm action on throws from behind the plate, good footwork with online throwing motion, good transfer and release time on throws, solid arm, good blocker who shows some feel for receiving and framing pitches. Good student, named to the National Underclass Session 3 top prospect team.
