Zachary Daniels is a 2017 OF/MIF with a 6-1 186 lb. frame from Stockbridge, GA who attends Eagle's Landing Christian Academy. Strong well proportioned athletic build. Right handed hitter, short powerful swing from close to a still hand start, generates outstanding raw bat speed but has violence in his swing creating it, lacks fluidity and timing at present but has the highest level bat speed to develop a swing and approach around, ball comes off the barrel very hard when squared up. 6.45 runner, moves easily to and through the ball in the outfield, fields the ball out front, long and loose arm action, makes accurate throws with some carry. Has the tools to be a premium prospect. Good student, verbal commitment to Tennessee.
