Spencer Taylor is a 2016 OF/MIF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Sorrento, FL who attends Trinity Christian Academy. Medium frame with sturdy, athletic build and solid present strength and athleticism. Ran a 6.90 60-yard dash. Right handed hitter, straight stance with wide base, deep hand load with wrapped start, generates solid bat speed. Line drive plane, longer path to ball, flashes ability to get extended but showed comfort in working to middle of the field, some carry off of the barrel when squared. Moves well to ball in the outfield, fields out in front, can work through the ball a bit more consistently, nice, accurate throws to bases. Good student.
