Eric Watters is a 2015 SS/2B/OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Burnsville, MN who attends Burnsville HS. Slender young build, minimal present strength. 7.27 runner, moves well defensively, good charge and lateral movement, quick exchange and release, tends to flip throws from low release point, likely more arm strength than showing, has the defensive tools to keep improving. Right handed hitter, simple contact approach, limited stride or shift, short hand path to the ball, stays balanced, handles the barrel well, line drives to all fields. Should keep improving with strength gains.
