Corbin Maddox is a 2017 RHP/IF, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Daleville, IN who attends Daleville. Small frame, with some present strength, and projects well as he matures. Run well, posting a 7.03 60 yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, throws from an over the top arm slot with a tight release and generates downhill plane nicely for size. Fastball topped at 75 mph and works low in the zone. Short arm action which plays well for knuckleball, which topped at 64 mph and has a nice feel. Dances through the zone and is his out pitch. Developing arm strength in the field, easy short arm action. Right handed batter who starts from a slightly open stance with a wide base. Simple, compact swing with direct path to ball. Line drive contact to all fields. Excellent student.
