Donovan Langston is a 2017 SS/RHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Frisco. Langston has a medium athletic build with room to fill out. Hits from a square stance with a high hand set. Line drive swing plane with a little glide into swing. Stays inside ball and shows good bat speed. Consistently hit line drives to the pull side. Defensively, has quick feet and solid actions to the ball, fields out front and works through well. Has good arm strength across with carry and good accuracy. Also pitched, balanced delivery with a short arm action and 3/4 slot. Arm has some quickness through zone. Mixed in a short breaking slider. Good Student.
