Connor Ollio is a 2018 SS/RHP/1B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Renfrew, PA who attends Butler Area HS. Tall angular build, plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, limited lower half shift into contact, upper body rotational swing, middle of the field approach, gets the ball in the air, has some strength at contact with more to come. 7.01 runner, third base actions defensively, has good footwork and stays fundamental and direction in his actions. Also pitched, sound delivery with good pace and balance, high 3/4's arm slot with good downhill angle. Steady upper 80's fastball with good sinking action. Gets over slider well with good depth. May have more projection on the mound than as a position player on this look. Exceptional student, verbal commitment to North Carolina.
