Logan Barker is a 2017 RHP/SS, 2B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Stafford, VA who attends Colonial Forge. Barker has a medium sized frame with a lean athletic build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action. Barker has some wrist wrap in the back of his arm action and has some arm speed through release. He threw a nice 2 pitch mix for strikes and had a very efficient outing. Barker has run on his fastball and located it well. He also throws an 11/5 curveball with some depth and shape to it. Barker showed feel for his curveball and wasn't afraid to double up with it. Defensively he moved pretty well on the infield with solid actions. At the plate, Barker starts from a wide base and a wrapped start. He gets the barrel to the baseball and hit the ball to the middle of the field. Outstanding student.
