AJ Spinello is a 2018 C/IF with a 5-10 187 lb. frame from Shawnee, KS who attends Rockhurst High School. Medium build and frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out and develop physically. Posted a 7.31 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, gains ground well, developing transfer skills that flashed, with good accuracy to the bag. Posted a top workout pop time of 1.92. At the plate, showed strength with a toe tap into a leg lift timing mechanism. Lower half helps generate power through swing, good bat speed, and showed hand quickness. Linear swing through the zone and worked best to pull side when on time. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
