Joshua Dudden is a 2017 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Colorado Springs, CO who attends Air Academy. Has a large frame, athletic build, and signs of strength throughout. Posted a 6.78 second sixty yard dash. From the infield, showed good footwork and hands, strong throws across up to 85 mph. At the plate, starts with a squared stance, high back elbow, and powerful load. Showed good barrel to ball skills with an opposite field appraoch, good patience. On the mound, throws from a three-quarters arm slot with good balance and repeatable mechanics. Fastball runs arm side nicely, curveball has 11/5 shape with flashes of late bite, and changeup shows sinking action. Good command of pitches and has willingness to pitch backwards in counts. Currently grades out higher with tools on the hill. Good student.
