Brandon Thomas is a 2017 RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Lambert HS. Solid athletic build, broad shoulders, has some present strength especially in the lower half, long arms for his height. Slow paced delivery with a full arm action in the back, 3/4's arm slot, stays directional to the plate well, balanced delivery. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, mostly straight with good angle to the plate, showed the ability to get to both sides of the plate but likes to work inside. Curveball had good power to it and a short, tight break, consistent with curveball and throws it for strikes, consistent in his release point. Good student.
