Logan Foster is a 2016 OF/C/RHP with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Lincoln, NE who attends Lincoln Southwest HS. Strong compact build, tightly wound and very athletic. Right handed hitter, short and quick to the ball, shows present bat speed and attacks the ball aggressively, gap to gap power, has a feel for the barrel and made hard game contact. 6.63 runner, speed plays up due to motor, has a second base build and tools but also plays a strong centerfield, very good outfield arm strength with good footwork through release, short and quick release. Also pitched, very quick look due to a 4-pitch inning but had a quick compact delivery and topped out at 91 mph on his fastball, obviously threw strikes! Has outstanding athleticism that applies to all areas of the game. Good student. Verbal commitment to Texas A&M.
