Sebastian Cabeza is a 2021 C/3B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Aurora, IL who attends Kaneland Senior. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.49 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with smaller leg lift trigger, hands load back inside the ball, stays inside the ball throughout swing, linear path, hands work well through stroke, good approach, heads up baserunner when on the basepaths as well. Worked out behind the plate, stayed low and used game actions through drills, quick and clean exchange, shows footwork, gets rid of the ball quickly and on time. Good student.
