Travvis Ferguson is a 2016 SS/RHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Lyndon Center, VT who attends Lyndon Institute. Medium-large frame with solid strength throughout and quality projection remaining on body. Ran 60 yard dash in 6.96 seconds. Showed well defensively both in the infield and the outfield. Stays low to the ground in the infield with good bend, moves very well to the ball with solid agility and shows range to both sides. Fields cleanly and gets off quick release across, velocity up to 81 MPH. Waits back a bit on the ball in the OF but comes and gets it cleanly, moves well overall, shows athleticism through actions and makes consistently accurate throws up to 85 MPH. Switch hitter, sets up to hit with higher stance from left side and crouches into load, short/compact swing with opposite field approach. Little better weight shift from the right side with more bat speed, looks to spray the ball on a line and get on base. Named to 2016 World Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.
