Aiden Poe is a 2025 RHP/3B, SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Vincent, AL who attends Vincent Middle High. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build with some present strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively out of stretch, simple and repeatable delivery, shows present arm speed through the back working to a high three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, mostly true in life, pitched to contact and filled the strike zone. Mixed in a straight changeup up to 74 mph and maintained arm speed well and shows a nice feel for landing a curveball with sharp depth up to 71 mph as well. Works low behind the ball in the infield, softness to hands and moves well laterally, lower slot on throws, sound footwork and controls body well on the charge play. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Rotational swing with a long path through the zone, creates some whip to the barrel. Best contact when getting the barrel extended out front, works to the middle and pull side parts of the field with some back spin, shows the ability to pull hands in. Excellent student.
