Lukas Broske is a 2020 1B with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from West Bend, WI who attends West Bend West HS. Tall, athletic frame with long limbs. Primary first baseman. Shuffles to the ball with some quickness in feet, and good footwork when coming off the bag. Funnels the ball out front and up to the body. Has clean exchanges into a release at a three quarters slot. Throws have softer carry across the diamond. Right handed pitcher with a high leg raise in delivery. Utilized a three pitch combination. Curveball showed some late depth to it while the changeup showed some sinking action. Changeup was the better secondary of the two. Fastball was relatively straight and topped out at 76 miles per hour. Threw a lot of strikes with pitches. Right handed hitter with a slightly crouched and even stance. Starts with a high back elbow and utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing. Hands coil slightly and loads with a rock back movement. Lower half has a lot of linear shift into contact. Has a slightly loose and inside path to the baseball, able to use the opposite field.
