Brody Fowler is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Taylors, SC who attends Eastside HS. Recorded a 7.74 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with broad shoulders and present well-proportioned strength throughout. Primary righthanded pitcher with a large rocker step into a belt high leg lift. Full arm stroke with a high three-quarters arm stroke. Fastball up to 81 mph with good sink to it and works it to both sides of the plate. Curveball projects nicely showing flashes of tight spin during his time on the mound. Secondary first baseman with some athleticism and bounces off the bag nicely. Turns well and the arm strength plays there well. Righthanded hitter with a direct path to contact and gets on top of the ball. Lots of contact to the pull side with a slightly open and wide set up featuring a high hand set with a high back elbow. Good student. Named to the 2018 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
