Chase D'Arnaud is lean athletic 6'1/170 SS from Long Beach, CA. He runs well and his quickness and instincts are excellent. He has a good quick, accurate, strong arm. He can cover a lot of ground with good footwork and agility. He has good quick, soft hands. At the plate he shows a bit of length to his swing, but he has some surprising pull power. He makes contact and seems to know what he's doing in the batters box. He can play at any college in America and be an impact type player. Could even get some serious early draft interest. Chase is an excellent student.
