Christian Doty is a 2026 SS/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Olive Branch, MS who attends Lausanne Collegiate. Long and wiry young middle infielder's build with the beginnings of some present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, sets up in a balanced up right stance with a simple trigger and timer, good swing fundamentals, swings hard and creates bat speed, hits the ball hard to all fields, line drive approach with some power projection. 6.56 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, works low to the ground, has quiet confident hands at the ball, enough arm strength for the left side. Similar athletic actions in the outfield, looked comfortable out there for a primary shortstop, arm played well. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Mississippi.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
