Angelo Rizzo is a 2024 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Hesperia, CA who attends Oak Hills. Ran a 7.67 60-yard dash. Tall, lean frame with plenty of projection left. Two-way prospect. Simple operation with slight crossfire to the delivery. Solid athleticism on the mound and throws from a three quarters arm slot with clean arm action. He pounded the zone with his fastball and the pitch has some arm side run to it. His curveball had 1/7 shape with solid bite. In the infield, shows clean glove actions at first base. Strong arm with solid footwork around the bag. At the plate, swings with strength and intent. Wide base and stays balanced throughout the swing. Excellent student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
