Asher Landry is a 2027 SS/2B with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Williams Field. Landry ran a 7.07 sixty yard dash. Young athletic frame with plenty of room for additional strength down the road. Primary Middle Infielder staying low to the ground at the start with light feet and a quick first step laterally to the ball. Fielding cleanly in the center of the body with a quick glove to hand transfer into a longer lengthy arm swing through the back side with some carry and accuracy on his throws across the diamond. Left handed hitter in the box with a wide open stance into a hanging leg lift trigger. The path is direct to the ball through the zone with a loose stroke and quickness within the barrel driving the ball hard to all fields on a line. Landry was named to the High School All State Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
