2024 Northeast Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Colin McGeehan is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Aberdeen, NJ who attends Matawan Reg. Long limbed athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more, projects physically. 5.35 runner in the forty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball off his front foot, can get his glove down sooner, full length arm action with lots of carry on his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and crouched slightly open base, high hand load, hanging leg lift trigger, has some drift into contact, tends to get out on his front side early with a slashing downhill swing plane at times, best when he's staying back and more level with hard gap to gap contact, lots of projection as a hitter with adjustments. Also pitches, works from a full wind up, slow paced step by step actions, very long arm action in back with some 3/4's whip coming through. Fastball topped out at 84 mph with more there as he further develops, only threw one breaking ball. Named to the Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
