2025 PG Sunshine Southeast Showcase (National Showcases Qualifier)
Aaron Bailey is a 2026 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from McCalla, AL who attends McAdory. Big and strong athletic build, stands out physically. Right handed hitter, starts from a tall and upright stance, gets into his strong lower half well, generates power without much effort, rotational swing but is well synced and consistent, put on a show in batting practice. Runs well for his size, 6.92 in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, circles the back hand well, good footwork and feel for his glove, big arm strength across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield with similar athleticism and actions, can definitely play corner outfield at the next level in addition to third base. Took a turn on the mound, works from an abbreviated wind up, big hand drop to keep his timing, full arm swing to a high 3/4's arm slot, lands closed down the slope. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, more velocity there right away with improvements in his direction. Threw both a curveball and soft slider for strikes, also mixed in a couple of split finger change ups. Outstanding student. Verbal commitment to Pearl River CC. Named to the PG Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
