Noah Harvey is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Cinnaminson, NJ who attends Cinnaminson. Harvey showcased his skills from the infield out of an athletic frame with additional room to grow. He displayed good range with soft hands and the ability to change arm slots depending on the play. Offensively, Harvey started from an open narrow stance with loose easy hands that allowed for a repeatable line drive approach. Power potential will increase as he continues to mature. On the bump, Harvey successfully kept hitters off balance with varied tempos and a solid two pitch mix. He threw strikes and let his defense work.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
