Connor Duval is a 2022 C/MIF with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Woodbury, MN who attends Cretin Derham Hall. Recorded a 7.63 second 60 yard dash time. Primary catcher with a low and side straddle set up, shows present flexibility and athleticism in the lower half. Transfer at the chest with a short arm action, recorded a 2.09 second pop time at 75 mph. Sound fundamentals behind the plate with some things to like, will improve as the operation becomes more fluid. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and balanced stance. Utilizes a simple leg lift trigger and a high hand set. Long swing path with a big arm bar, has some stiffness to the swing. Swings with great intent, looks to do damage and can impact the ball with authority as shown by his 88 mph exit velo. Will improve as he creates separation and smooths out the swing. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
