Garrett Hamilton is a 2024 C/3B, OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Amarillo, TX who attends West Plains. Developing lean frame. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddle, below average arm strength, out of the crouch and does not involve the lower half, opens up some, head whack, not a ton of ground gained, needs refinements and polishing. Secondary third baseman, short steps to it, quick gather, gets it out quicker and the hands work, can change arm sots, solid round and made all the plays. Took reps in the outfield, developing fluidity and coordination here, works to it, fields off to the side, corner infield actions. Right-handed hitter, wider base and slightly open, toe tap trigger, crouched stance, present bat speed, longer swing but barrel can rotate quick, hard linedrive contact, some leverage with the lower half, consistent barrels. Performed well in games with the stick, developing arm strength and defensive actions but can handle the stick with present power and bat speed. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
