2024 EC Lumberjack's Workout Showcase
Evan Schickler is a 2025 3B/MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Nesconset, NY who attends Smithtown East. Medium, athletic frame with present physical strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.08 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, moves well on feet and athleticism plays in actions, shows ability to adjust to the ball once underway, hands play well at the ball and shows quickness in transfer to a lower slot on throws across, arm strength and carry play on the left side, repeats. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and hands slightly away from body, incorporates lower half well into swing and shows big impact strength off of the barrel when on time. Quick from the launch position and shows present bat speed through the zone, inconsistent at times but strength plays well. Nice tools on both sides of the ball. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
