Carter Kelsey is a 2021 RHP/ with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Westport, CT who attends Staples. Large frame with strong, physical build. Righthanded pitcher, short and compact arm action through the back that he keeps hidden well, stays inline and directional downhill with good hip usage, fastball worked 84-88 mph from three quarters slot, good life on the pitch to the arm side, showed curveball with good spin and depth, chance to be a real bat-missing pitch long term, was dominant in his outing and doesnt get squared up.
