Richard Vogel, Jr. is a 2025 1B/2B/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Roswell, GA who attends Roswell. Vogel Jr works from a medium lean build with additional room to fill out and project. Started from the OF, displayed controlled actions with smooth transfers, flashing carry behind throws up to 84 mph. Active footwork shown with repeatable arm action and 3/4 release. At 1B, showcased clear feel for the glove with quickness to the turns. Footwork was coordinated with accurate feeds across the diamond up to 81 mph. On the offensive end, Vogel Jr started from a slightly open base with a wrapped hand set and leg lift trigger. He consistently found the barrel throughout his round for solid impact to all parts of the field. Loose low effort stroke overall with the potential for more power in the future. Ran a 7.57 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
