Tyler Johnson is a 2027 1B/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Grand Junction, CO who attends Grand Junction. Stronger athletic build, especially in the lower half. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance, aggressive swing approach, will spin off at times, pull approach with some uphill plane to his swing, can impact the ball hard when he's on time and on barrel. 7.90 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, waits back on the ball and fields it with two hands, longer arm action, makes accurate soft throws. Also worked out in the outfield. Excellent student.
