Luke Danser is a 2027 3B/RHP/C with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Charlotte Catholic. Medium frame with some wiry strength and time to grow additional physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.34 seconds. Primary position infielder, working methodically through reps with with some first step quickness. Smooth glove actions with confidence as he secures the ball. Full inline arm path building throws up to 80 mph across the diamond. Slow roller play can use some time. Reps from the outfield with similar actions, attacking the ball and using one hand gather here. Secondary RHP, working from the full windup from the 1B side of the rubber, small side step before working to belt high leg lift moving quickly down the mound, stationary hands at the belt breaking from there into deeper stabbing arm path mostly inline, accelerates through a 3/4 arm angle to release, very low-effort delivery, almost all strikes with low spin on his upper-70s fastball, vertical breaker in the mid-60s needing some refinement. RHH working from a wider stance, using heel lift trigger to get started, good handset and creating some length in the front arm pre-pitch. Strong hands creating solid bat speed and getting the ball elevated with some pop to the pull side. Some pre-pitch load could unlock his next level of power as there is some real offensive projection here. Elite student as well.
