Tripp Sapp is a 2028 SS/RHP, 3B, MIF, IF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Loganville, GA who attends Loganville. Medium, athletic build with plenty of time and room to continue adding strength. 7.86 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, upright and narrow base, short stride out into contact, inside out swing path with contact oriented approach. Worked best to the opposite field and showed adjustability in the hands. Primary middle infielder, stays back on grounders, hands work cleanly out front, long transfers with a strong arm across the diamond for the age, recorded throws up to 78 mph. Performed extremely well defensively in game. Secondary right-handed pitcher, above the belt leg lift, full arm swing to a three-quarters slot. Repeats the delivery well and showed excellent feel for three pitch mix. Fastball got up to 78 mph (2016 RPM), sat in the 75-78 range with some carry, also mixed a curveball with tight shape, up to 65 mph (2227 RPM) and flashed a changeup with heavy arm-side fade, up to 64 mph (1710 RPM). Excellent student. Named to 20224 14u Georgia All-State Games Top Prospect List.
