Max Vaisvila is a 2022 LHP/ with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Villa Park, IL who attends Willowbrook. Primary left-handed pitcher with a medium build, works exclusively from the stretch. Clean operation overall, repeats the delivery well and keeps a good line with the plate. Shorter arm action, comes from a three-quarters slot, fastball has some run on the arm side and slight cut when he goes glove side. Throws a 12/6 curveball with some depth to it and limited tilt, only mixes it in when he's ahead in the count, will improve as he snaps it harder. Struggled to find a consistent release point at times during this look, primarily attacks hitters with the fastball. Late life to the fastball could be a weapon for him as he continues to develop his command and mix locations. Great student.
