Jameson Damato is a 2025 MIF/RHP/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Mound, MN who attends Mound-Westonka. Smaller young build. 7.57 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has a long and loose throwing action with developing arm strength, also threw from a low and long arm slot from the outfield. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance with a short foot lift trigger, upper body rotational swing with a line drive swing plane, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. Also pitched, has a compact delivery that he repeats well and creates some deception. Used four pitches and threw strikes, fastball topped out at 77 mph, gets some sink and run on the pitch. Slider had short cutter like break, curveball had some 11/5 depth and change up had some tumbling action. Graded out higher as a pitcher at this event. Good student.
