Ethan Johnson is a 2025 catcher with a 6-2 210 lb. athletic frame from San Jose, CA who attends The King's Academy HS. Started off the event clocking a 7.43 60-yard dash. A primary catcher. Advanced catch and throw mechanics behind the plate. Quiet, smooth setup allows for excellent body control throughout. Sound footwork helps gain ground and leads to consistent ball transfer. Flashed solid arm strength with carry through the bag. Throws were on target a majority of the time. Open stance with hands at the shoulders in the box. Was not afraid to take aggressive swings. Level bat path allowed for frequent line drives up the middle. Flashed some power that plays mostly to the pull side. Named to the Top Prospect list.
