2003 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Wilson is an "04" RHP from Ontario. At 6'3/185 he has the size and body type scouts love. He threw 85 mph in Wareham and we are sure he can throw better. He stayed at that velocity out of the stretch. He threw a nice 12-6 curveball around 70 mph. He also displayed a pretty good change up. His arm works well out of a 3/4 to slightly higher slot getting a good downward angle. He showed command of 3 pitches and showed lots of promise with his arm and size. He projects! Mark is a very good student as well.
