Medium, square shouldered frame with some present lower half strength and room to physically mature. Primary catcher that receives from a side-saddled stance with higher set and fairly soft hands. Shows good mobility in his lower half, working out of the crouch with some athleticism and quickness. Displayed quick mid-line transfers to throw, while recording arm strength up to 77 mph during drills. Produced online, accurate throws with good carry to the bags. Secondary infielder with aggressive approach into the fielding process; shows fairly good lateral range to both sides, developing glove actions and some present arm strength across the diamond. Incorporates strong lower half to work through the baseball, fielding cleanly out in front and transferring smoothly. Recorded arm strength up to 81 mph during drills. Showed well in the outfield portion of the workout as well, flashing similar aggressiveness and attributes to his fielding process. Works through the baseball efficiently, maintaining some momentum into his crow-hop to throw. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 84 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from even, slightly bent-knee stance with a high hand set, low back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Incorporates slight bat wrap and rotational lower half mechanics to get to launch. Repeatable stroke with some present bat speed, linear swing plane and good feel for the barrel. Produced mostly middle-of-the field impact with occasional carry to the pull-side gap. Versatile prospect with solid defensive fundamentals, some present arm strength and upside at the plate. Will continue to improve with mechanical refinements defensively and proper swing adjustments. Excellent Student.
