Noah Bailey is a 2027 SS/RHP, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Arlington, WA who attends Arlington. Features a medium-sized frame with a lean build and hints of some athleticism. Ran a 7.66 60-yd dash. In the INF, show raw actions. Present foot quickness that allows him to work through the baseball through reception. Glove works late at times but fields it clean with some quickness in the exchange. Used a shorter arm action that ran it up to 75 mph across with avg. accuracy. At the plate, he sits in a relaxed stance with loose/lower hanging hands. Uses a deeper leg lift load where he creates some significant torso tilt. Barrel works on a shorter/direct path through that flashed some barrel quickness. Some inconsistent timing but when he was right he was up the middle of the field with line drives. Creates solid leverage with his lower half. On the mound, he showed upside with his solid operation. More drop/drive type lower half. Average quickness down the mound but works with good direction. Clean AA out the glove and to release out of a H ¾ slot with above avg. armspeed. Fastball flashed present ride through zone up to 80 mph inducing some in-zone whiff. Mixed a 11-5 downer breaking ball that produced some chase in the upper 60s. Named to Top Prospects list.
