Jayden Ackard is a 2028 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from San Jose, CA. Features a lean, athletic frame with room to add. Stretch exclusive operation on the mound with a two-pitch mix that includes fastball and slider. Big leg lift into a downhill delivery while throwing out of a three-quarter slot with long arm action. Developing arm speed while staying around the zone with both pitches. Showed proper technique on the infield with a good set up and shows glove. Solid transfer and threw from multiple angles to first. Balanced base at the late with a high back elbow and hands at the ear. Compact swing with no lower half usage. Developing bat speed with an all fields approach. More to come with growth and maturity. Ran a 7.69 sixty-yard dash.
