Ajani Bowrin is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Morristown, NJ who attends West Morris Mendham. Works from a larger frame with some physical strength and athleticism present. Primary catcher, starts in a slightly side saddled stance, stands up tall on the transfer and gains some ground, arm stroke is a bit lengthy, delivered fairly accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 68 mph and a pop time of 2.28. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow slightly open base, utilizes a hover trigger, opens up the front-side prior to launch, has some strength in the hands and power to the middle of the field when timed up, can create carry and backspin when he keeps the weight back, projects for more power as he continues to physically mature, recorded an exit velocity of 83 mph. Ran a 6.97 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
